Hosted Banner Page Rates and Requirements

This is an informational form that must be completed once you have paid for an expanded listing with hosting option.

Answer the questions below and click on the SUBMIT button. Banner Pages associated with listings, events, and sponsorship ads require payment in advance per month with the 1st and last month of the 1 year contract, due when initially signing up. Payments may be made on-line via credit card from the listings, events, or sponsorship sign-up forms. This is an informational form, only, unless accompanied with a sign-up form all data may not be incorporated into the Wine Tours site.

You must also send in a photo-ready copy of your logo and optionally, one picture or graphical element per product, and one picture per person. The images may be e-mailed separately to banners@wine-tours.com . Clearly identify each image by its file name within the body of the message.
